There was nothing I didn't like.

The queen room was well furnished and had multi-channel television, a writing table, and a radio. The location was reasonable in the centre, nearby a train station.

A quiet hotel, my first choice in Hamburg. Generally it's a clean venue with variedbreakfasts. Really helpful staff and altogether a pleasant experience. Set in a reasonably priced location nearby a train station. Good restaurant inside the hotel.

Closet fell apart

We had excellent 3 days here, the room was quiet and spotlessly clean with a hairdryer, shower and the bathroom...

had a just perfect stay during our trip. the rooms turned out to be compact and neat with shower, a big window and a hairdryer. also, location was good and perfect, a 10-15 minute walking distance from sankt thomas morus. easy to get to a metro station, as it was walking distance to the venue.

My stay at this hotel was delightful. The room was adorable and gave me a sense of security. The ambience was clean and light, creating the perfect atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The automated check-in process was convenient and even brought a smile to my face when the key fell out of the locker. The location was great, with a short 15-minute walk to the tube station and nearby markets and restaurants easily accessible. The shared toilets were exceptionally clean. The manager, Mr. Hamid, was incredibly helpful and made my trip easier than I could have wished for. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the value for money was excellent.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😊

The location was perfect, just a 3-minute walk from a bus stop that took us to the S-Bahn in one stop. From there, it was a quick 5-stop ride to the city center. The staff was friendly and spoke both English and German fluently. The room was kept clean throughout our stay.

The hot water pressure, which was very low and made it uncomfortable to take a warm shower. Additionally, the room was smaller than expected.

Clean and comfortable bed, good shower, and plenty of towels provided. The self check-in process was convenient. The proximity to a grocery store and bus stop was a plus.

The lack of basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, fridge, kettle, water, hair dryer. The description of the hotel as "soundproof" was misleading, as I could hear noise from the city and neighboring rooms.
